The presented product is designed specifically for the 8Sinn Canon EOS R5C Cage and 8Sinn RF to PL Lens Mount Adapter Evolution. Its function is to support the lens adapter. It is mounted with M4 screws, two of them are attached to the cage and the other two to the lens adapter. Thanks to this, it holds the adapter stable in place.

Additionally, this support works with the 8Sinn Cage for Canon EOS R/R5/R6/R6M II, but only with two camera models:
